Our Work

ADSW’s work focuses on advising and lobbying key decision makers so that they can make informed decisions about social care services, the people who deliver them and the people who receive them. The main decision makers we seek to influence are members of parliament, government ministers and local elected members.

ADSW and OLM are launching an Advisory and Mentoring services. The service will be available for councils to use for specific projects and to tackle particular issues that they may need some extra support and advice on. We are looking for people to join this service who have experience in social work, are up-to date with the current issues facing social work and who are experienced in improving social work services in a way directly related to outcomes for the people who use and depend on those services.
